What’s for Breakfast?

I’m always surprised when people tell me they don’t eat breakfast. Frankly, I don’t know how they do it, I wake up hungry. Since I try to train mid-mornings, breakfast is important so I have fuel in the tank.

If you’re a skipper, think of the opportunity to add protein to your tank before you head out for the day. Don’t like eggs? Who says you need to eat them? When we’re on the road, it’s common for at least one of us to start our day with something like this:

No matter what scrumptious protein you decide to consume, just do it. EAT!
