As you know, we were in Brooklyn last weekend for a Starting Strength seminar. We got to play with our old friend Wolf who was unable to finish the seminar last time. It was good to have him there all weekend this time and he did a great job coaching the Starting Strength methods. He’s a big, strong guy who takes this strength thing pretty seriously. Honestly, the only thing wrong with him is that he’s a Bears fan. Silly boy.
