We are now offering a Saturday morning, Ladies only, gym class at 10 am. The class will be 45 minutes long and will include both strength (barbell, kettlebell) and conditioning (agility, speed, cardio) training in a small group setting.
First class is FREE.
Drop in price is $8 for WFAC members and $15 for non-gym members. Class time is 10am. Additional class times will be scheduled as needed.
